No objection to concept design for alterations to the Scott-Grant House, including significant changes to the interior plan, lowering the ground floor by 2 ft, expanding the footprint of the mechanical room, altering openings at the rear areaway, installing windows in blind openings, and installing new window openings at the first and second floors of the enclosed brick portion of the rear porch, as well as site work, per supplemental materials received 22 February 2024, PROVIDED the existing windows at the rear second-floor enclosed porch are retained. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
