No objection to issuance of permit for new gate at 31st Street complex entrance, fenestration alterations, and signage, per supplemental materials received __ November 2024. Permit submission is consistent with the previously approved concept design and associated provisions (OG 24-151). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
