No objection to issuance of permit for a new gate at the 31st Street entrance and fenestration alterations, per supplemental materials received 26 November 2024. Permit submission is consistent with the previously approved concept design and associated provisions (OG 24-151). Individual signs proposals should be submitted separately for Commission review as tenants move in. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
