No objection to issuance of permit for replacement fabric awnings, a wall sign, rooftop mechanical units with screening, and repairs to the existing cupola, per materials received 2 December 2024, PROVIDED the wall sign is mounted through the mortar and not the brick and the masonry is patched after removal of the flag poles. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
