No objection to issuance of permit for a wall-mounted, non-illuminated sign, 12 inches tall that reads, "TESLA" and one white vinyl door decal for hours of operation, per materials received 15 November 2024 which is consistent with the storefront alterations and removal of existing sign band previously reviewed under OG 24-160 / HPA 24-189. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
