No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of TPO on flat section of roof with TPO to match existing, replacement of slate roofing at rear mansard of house with slate to match existing in design, size, and color, and replacement of half-round gutters to match existing, per supplemental materials received 22 January 2025, PROVIDED as much existing slate is reused as possible, and new slate matches existing in color, size, and shape. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
