Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit to replace windows on the south elevation with two-over-two wood windows and six-over-six wood windows on the west elevation; replace existing roof with copper standing seam roofing; siding restoration; and to demolish a partially subterranean shed in the rear yard constructed of concrete masonry units and build a brick retaining wall in its place with a new metal guardrail, per supplemental materials received 5 March 2025. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
