No objection to issuance of permit to replace existing pin-mounted sign with a new sign of individually pin-mounted 12" tall letters reading "Rothy's", per supplemental materials received 5 March 2025, PROVIDED the sign is mounted through the mortar joints and any existing holes are documented and patched with lime-based and color-matched mortar. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
