No objection to revised concept design for modifications and additions to two existing office buildings (1000 and 1050 Thomas Jefferson Street, NW) for mixed use, per materials received 14 February 2024 which show changes to the previously reviewed brick spandrel detail, the placement and design of wall vents, the introduction of canopies and signage on K Street, and a revised rooftop trellis and railing design. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
