No objection to issuance of permit to replace six windows on the facade, per the supplemental materials received 16 December 2025, PROVIDED the windows would be completely wood and not aluminum clad; the color of the spacer bars between the muntins is a midtone color; and the trim and brickmould would closely match the size and profile of the existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
