No objection to issuance of permit for electric meter installation, rear deck replacement, and replace basement windows, per supplemental materials received 11 December 2025, which indicate as the Old Georgetown Board directed the meter would be installed behind the stoop where it would not be visible; the existing basement windows are repaired and not replaced; and only the exterior storms at the two basement windows are removed and interior storms installed instead. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
