No objection to issuance of permit for a halo-lit, pin-mounted letter sign reading "David Rios Salon" centered over the middle window on the Wisconsin facade using mortar joints for anchoring, a non-illuminated blade sign reading "Davines Academy" installed over the right pilaster at the main entrance on Wisconsin Avenue, a painted sign reading "Davines Academy" above the 33rd Street entrance, four new sconces on the 33rd Street facade, door replacement at the 33rd Street facade, and whitewashing the brick with lime-based paint, per supplemental materials received 5 October 2026, PROVIDED the signs are installed at the mortar joints. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
