No objection to concept design for roof deck and mechanical screening, per supplemental materials received 15 October 2026, PROVIDED the curb-mounted skylight is flat and parallel to the roof; the guardrail follows a straight line as close to the north roof edge as possible and is not stepped; and as part of the permit submission a second mockup is completed in which ropes are affixed to the top of the scaled poles to mimic the exact locations of the top rails and condenser cover. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
