No objection to issuance of permit for two-story rear addition, per supplemental materials received _ November 2026, PROVIDED the windows are clear with no low-emissivity coating on the glass; the applicant confirms the double-sash windows would have putty muntin profile and wood jambs or wood jamb liner covers; the roof must be hand-crimped, double-lock metal with no ridge caps; and the applicant includes a detail for the stair and handrail. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
