No objection to issuance of revised permit for the construction of single-family house on a vacant lot, per the supplemental materials received _ November 2026, PROVIDED lantern Option 1 is selected. The reduction of the width of the main block by 2 feet; creation of a side yard at the east property line; retention of the east cornice; and elimination of the west cornice with only fascia visible are supported. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
