No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new basement entrance, with an associated concrete walk and steps, as shown in materials received and dated 4 April 2014, provided that the guardrail and handrail match the existing metal railings, that the existing tree be protected or relocated, that all paths be shown on the site plan for review, and pending the receipt of revised drawings. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
