Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of a permit for a two-story addition to and renovation of an existing pier building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 October 2016, PROVIDED that the exact number, type, and location of trees between the pier building and the new Waterfront Park be reconsidered in consultation with staff after the completion of the park construction. Submission conforms with previously approved concept design and Commission recommendations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
