No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of seven replacement windows in the front and rear facades of an existing house, and for the repair and replacement of the tile front porch roof, as shown in materials received and dated 6 September 2019, PROVIDED that the window installation be full tear-out replacements, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
