No objection to the issuance of a permit for the annual installation of a seasonal tent structure in the C.W. Post Courtyard, as shown in materials received and dated 6 March 2020, with the understanding that the tent is to be removed and stored off site for the months of January and February each year, while the tent support structure will remain permanently installed. Submission conforms with previously approved permit submission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
