No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications to a private office building for use by the Richard Wright Public Charter School, including a revised location for a previously proposed fenced emergency generator and the construction of a fenced outdoor play area on the north side of the property, and for the construction of a mechanical screen at the roof, as shown in materials received and dated 3 July 2020, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission largely conforms with previously approved permit submission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
