Recommend AGAINST the concept for the installation of new mechanical equipment and a new 11'-0" tall screening wall on the roof of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 October 2020, due to its height, which would extend above the 160'-0" maximum height for this property.
