Permit submission has been inactive for an extended period awaiting requested revisions and supplemental materials. Returned without action. Permit submission for repairs to an existing porch, including the replacement of the roof and wood fascias, beams, and mouldings, as shown in materials received and dated 5 June 2020, has been withdrawn by the applicant.

Recommend AGAINST the concept for the installation of new mechanical equipment and a new 11'-0" tall screening wall on the roof of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 October 2020, due to its height, which would extend above the 160'-0" maximum height for this property. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation in public space of a 3'-0" high metal fence and gate at the front and east property lines extended of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2021, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of a 3'-0" high metal fence at the west property line extended, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2021, due to its odd and unnecessary duplication of the immediate neighbor's existing fence. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a louvered fence enclosure with two swing gates around an existing trash compactor in the south side yard of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 12 January 2021. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of six wood replacement windows in the front facade of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2021, PROVIDED that they be installed as full tear-out replacements with brickmould to match the historic brickmould, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of two wall-mounted, non-illuminated, aluminum replacement signs for BB&T/SunTrust, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2020. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of two replacement panel antennas, one new panel antenna, three new remote radio heads, and one new sled mount for a new sector (Delta) at an existing rooftop cellular facility for T-Mobile, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 January 2021, PROVIDED that the tops of the replacement antennas extend no higher than the coping of the penthouse wall behind, PROVIDED that the antennas to be mounted to the penthouse wall be painted to match the wall behind, and PROVIDED that the replacement sled be installed no closer to the edge of the penthouse roof than the sled to be replaced, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
