No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of two new gas station canopies; four canopy-mounted signs, two building-mounted signs, and one two-sided monument sign on private property for the display of fuel prices; and new plantings largely in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2021 and supplemental materials received and dated 1 July 2021 and 14 July 2021, PROVIDED that the signs are not internally illuminated and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
