No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of and addition to an existing office building, including the infill of an existing interior court, the replacement of the upper floor slabs, the addition of an occupied penthouse, roof terrace, and mechanical penthouse, the installation of replacement windows and doors, new louvers, and sidewalk paving, and the connection of this building to the adjacent building to the south, as shown in materials received and dated 8 April 2022, pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
