No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new rooftop cellular installation for Dish Wireless, including three new panel antennas, six new remote radio heads, and associated equipment at the penthouse of an existing building, a shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 21 November 2022, PROVIDED that that the antennas and mounting structures be installed no higher than one foot below the top of the wall behind, PROVIDED that all antennas, other equipment, and mounting structures be painted to match the wall behind, PROVIDED that all antennas are mounted as tight as possible to the wall behind, and PROVIDED that the proposed equipment cabinet be mounted as low as possible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
