No objection to the concept for a new two-story, two-car garage with accessory uses, proposed to replace an existing one-story, one-car garage, as shown in materials received and dated 3 February 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 4 April 2023, PROVIDED that the applicant continue to consult with CFA and DC Historic Preservation Office staff prior to submission for permit, and subject to the project obtaining the necessary zoning approvals. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
