No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of one 25 SF halo-illuminated wall sign for Dos Toros Taqueria at an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 April 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 April 2023, PROVIDED that anchors and electrical wiring be installed into existing attachment holes and masonry joints to the greatest extent possible, with none into the existing stone medallion. Recommend AGAINST previously proposed exterior blade sign. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
