No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing addition, including the installation of replacement siding, gutters, downspouts, and copings, a replacement sliding door panel, and new stone stair treads, as well as modifications to existing window trim to allow the installation of exterior insulation, as shown in materials received and dated 7 April 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 11 April 2023 and 19 April 2023, pending the receipt of a physical sample of the proposed siding material. Staff notes with regret that the existing addition was constructed by a prior owner without CFA review and apparently without a building permit. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
