No objection to the concept for Phase 2 work at an existing building, including the modification of a planter and three masonry openings on the 2nd Street, NW, facade and the installation of new and replacement exit doors, in preparation for a larger renovation and addition project, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2023. Submission conforms with the previously approved concept for the larger project. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
