No objection to the issuance of a permit for exterior modifications at an existing house, including the installation of 32 replacement windows, five doors, gutters, siding, and a rooftop air-cooled condensing unit; the conversion of an existing window to an egress window with a window well; and repairs to existing concrete steps, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 January 2025, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
