No objection to the issuance of a permit for the removal of an existing balcony partition at the top floor of an existing building to combine two adjacent residential units, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2025. Staff notes with regret that a permit was issued for the removal of the balcony partition prior to referral for CFA review. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
