No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new six-foot-tall wooden fence with two gates at the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 5 September 2025, PROVIDED that fence posts within the drip lines of trees be located to avoid all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
