Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for the demolition of an existing swimming pool, the construction of a new retaining wall with a fence, and the infill of the area behind the wall to make a level rear yard at an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 10 September 2025, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, pending consultation on the design of the retaining wall, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
