No objection to the final design for a perimeter security barrier and pedestrian entry gate at the North Africa American Cemetery and Memorial in Tunis, Tunisia, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2021. The final design conforms to the approved concept design.

No objection to the concept design for the rehabilitation of the tram stop on Grant Drive near the Kennedy grave sites and for the rehabilitation of the Red Spring area in the terminus loop of McClellan Drive, as shown in materials received and dated 30 October 2021. No objection to the final design for the addition of 1,300 linear feet of a four-foot-high black metal picket fence on top of the existing four-foot-high stone boundary wall along Richmond Highway (VA Rt.110), from the entrance ramp from Memorial Avenue north to the Ord and Weitzel Gate, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2021. The proposed new fence matches the design of the existing security fence between Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall and the north side of the cemetery. No objection to the temporary installation of an artwork by artist Mia Florentine Weiss, titled LOVE HATE, in the northwest corner of Farragut Square, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2021. This project is a collaboration with the Golden Triangle BID in partnership with the German Embassy, the European Union Delegation, and the European Parliament. The sculptures will be installed under an NPS permit and will remain in place until March 2022. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the replacement of approximately 2.4 miles of existing six-foot-high metal picket perimeter fencing around the U.S. National Arboretum, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2021. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the installation of a sculpture, titled Hope, designed by Abstract Orange Artist Collective to be placed in the Connecticut Avenue median north of K Street, NW, on an existing sculpture pad, as shown in materials received and dated 2 November 2021. This public artwork was curated by the Golden Triangle BID for the previously approved Public Art Project at Connecticut Avenue and K Streets, NW, and is supported by a D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities Public Art Building Communities Grant.
