No objection to the final design for the modification of an existing cellular antenna array at the roof parapet of the Central Heating Plant, per materials received 15 December 2022. Scope of work includes removal of one temporary antenna and installation of three new antenna facilities for Verizon. Applicant notes new equipment will be painted to match the color of adjacent surfaces.

No objection to the final design for the rehabilitation of the pocket park at Reservation 85, per materials received 5 January 2023. Scope of work includes construction of a 5.5'-wide access ramp; in-kind repair of small sections of the existing planter/retaining walls; the addition of seating; and new plantings. Final design conforms with the previously approved concept design. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the replacement of the playground equipment and the construction of an accessible walkway at Reservation 92, per materials received 5 January 2023. Scope of work also includes installation of benches, picnic table, water fountain, bicycle rack, and new trees.

No objection to the final design for the replacement of an existing 2,000 gallon aboveground fuel storage tank and generator, per supplemental materials received 18 January 2023. (Application was also submitted as SL 23-033.)

No objection to the final design for the installation of two cellular antenna arrays on an existing maintenance building at the Rock Creek Tennis Center, per materials received 5 January 2023. Scope of work includes two rooftop dish antennas and associated mounts and cabling. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. (Application was originally submitted as SL 23-038.)
