No objection to the final design for repairs to stable buildings 236 & 233 and center & mare paddocks, per materials received 29 February 2024. Scope of work includes replacement of the horse footing section, horse stall replacement, floor paver replacement, HVAC system replacement, plumbing repairs, and lighting improvements; exterior work includes window repairs and restoration/relocation of an existing propane tank.

No objection to the final design for modifications to the Cheetah Conservation Station, per materials received 7 March 2024. Scope of work includes infill of the existing perimeter moat with improved stormwater management systems; new plantings and pathway at the corner with Olmsted Walk; removal and replacement of trees; new plantings and shade structures within the exhibit; improvements to the existing barns; and installation of new perimeter fencing using the Zoo's standard black oxidized braided-cable exhibit enclosure system.

No objection to the final design to replace 4 antennas within existing arrays for AT&T, per materials received 21 February 2024, PROVIDED the color of the new antennas match the building facade, the new antennas are set at the same height as the existing antennas, and any disused equipment is removed from the arrays.

No objection to the final design to install 1 multi-beam antenna, 14 remote radio units, and 4 hybrid cables within existing arrays for T-Mobile, per materials received 21 February 2024, PROVIDED the equipment and mountings are non‐reflective and muted in color, and any disused equipment is removed from the arrays. Scope of work also includes the removal of 4 small cell antennas, 2 panel antennas, and 2 remote radio units from the existing arrays.

No objection to the final design to install 21 panel antennas and 25 remote radio units within existing arrays for Verizon, per materials received 27 February 2024, PROVIDED no antennas or equipment project beyond the building cornice, no antenna or equipment is attached to the balustrade, all existing and proposed antennas are painted to match the building facade, and any disused equipment is removed from the existing arrays. Scope of work also includes the removal of 15 antennas and 12 remote radio units from the existing arrays.

No objection to the concept design for the phase 1 and 2 installation of bifacial photovoltaic panels on the lower and upper penthouse roofs of the Lyndon Baines Johnson Department of Education Building, per materials received 7 March 2024, which indicate that the array would not be visible from public space. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to issuance of permit for modifications to the landscape for barrier-free access, per supplemental materials received 15 February 2023. (Originally submitted under case number OG 24-025.) Refer to National Park Service.

No objection to issuance of permit for landscape alterations for barrier-free access and storm water management at the Volta Park playing field, per materials received 16 February 2024. (Originally submitted under case number OG 24-165.)

No objection to the final design for 24-karat cold coins to be issued as part of the 2026 U.S. Semiquincentennial "Best of the Mint" Program, per materials received 7 March 2024, which indicate that the new coins would be faithful reproductions of 5 historic coins, with the inclusion of a commemorative privy mark. The historic coins to be reproduced are as follows: 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar; 1916 Standing Liberty Quarter Dollar; 1916 Mercury Dime; 1804 Silver Dollar (Class I Version); 1907 Saint-Gaudens High-Relief Double Eagle.
