No objection to the final design of the construction of a new employee access control facility at the Pentagon Metro entrance, per materials received 8 November 2024. Materials indicate the final design is consistent with the previously approved concept, which included the double height volume option; the use of channel glass above the proposed canopy; and a granite watertable.

No objection to the final design for the reconstruction of Bridges 47 & 78 at Watts Branch, per materials received 8 November 2024. The submission materials indicate natural stone is proposed for the abutments on both bridges as approved. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to concept design for a new pedestrian bridge to be located at the meeting point of the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal National Historical Park and the Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway, and adjacent to the former West Heating Plant, per supplemental materials received 24 October 2024, PROVIDED that the trail intersection at the north end of the bridge is addressed in the next submission, and with the understanding that the larger wayfinding program and other trail intersections will be addressed in future phases of work. No objection to concept design for stabilization and repair of existing boat house, per materials received 18 October 2024. Scope of work includes in-kind replacement and stabilization measures to address issues with structural framing, exterior siding, roofing, and water intrusion; installation of a functional restroom; and upgrade of utility services to meet current building codes. No objection to the final design for installation of three access ladders at the Ariel Rios Federal Building, per materials received 8 November 2024. These proposed permanent ladders will allow access to the existing green roof areas which area currently only accessible using a portable lift.

No objection to the final design for the installation of new wireless antennas on the penthouse of the Hubert Humphrey Building, per materials received 8 November 2024, PROVIDED each panel antenna, wall mounting hardware, and wires are painted to match the adjacent wall color.
