No objection to the installation of a communications antenna on the roof of the Department of Transportation Headquarters at 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, per materials received 1 October 2026. The new antenna will be placed on a 50-foot tower, which will be painted a gray color to minimize its visibility and be used to provide secure communications for the Federal Aviation Authority which is relocating to this building.

No objection to the modified final design for new boiler plant equipment at the National Building Museum located at 401 F Street, NW, per materials received 1 October 2026. Scope consists of a building-wide energy retrofit including the installation of a natural gas-fired hot water boiler plant, a gas meter, and flues within an existing cooling tower enclosure on the northwest corner of the site. This project is one component of a larger initiative, the National Deep Energy Retrofit, which is an energy conservation program for federal buildings. The project was approved by the Commission in 23 January 2026 and is now proposing to reduce the total number of exhaust flues from four to three.

No objection to the final design for the installation of new wireless AT&T antennas on the penthouse of the Wilbur Wright Building, per materials received 1 October 2026, PROVIDED each panel antenna, wall mounting hardware, and wires are painted to match the adjacent wall color and the existing unused equipment is removed.

No objection to the proposal to improve accessibility to this entrance of the National Gallery of Art, West Building on 7th Street, NW per materials received 1 October 2026. Scope includes new accessible ramps with railings, road realignment, and other plaza improvements.
