No objection to the issuance of a permit for the repair and rehabilitation of an existing front porch, including replacement railings, lattice, flooring, and trim, as shown in materials received and dated 4 March 2016, PROVIDED that all replacement elements are wood and match the originals in dimension and profile. Recommend against painting the unpainted brick facade and porch piers. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a solar panel array on the roof of an existing church, as shown in materials received and dated 4 March 2016 and supplemental materials received and dated 7 March 2016. No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the Corcoran Gallery, including the construction of a new stair in an interior courtyard and the installation of  new bicycle racks, as well as other minor code-required interior and exterior modifications, as shown in materials received and dated 4 March 2016.  Scope of work under review does NOT include a proposed new entrance ramp and modifications to an existing areaway at the New York Avenue entrance to the building, which will be forwarded for review in a future month.  Scope of work under review also does NOT include exterior signage, which will be forwarded for review in a future month.
