Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of two pergolas at the roof terrace of an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 7 April 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of new mechanical grilles in the exterior soffit of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 16 April 2020. Submission does not include signs; forward a new submission for signs that comply with sign regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the concept for a fenced enclosure of an existing trash compactor in the south side yard of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 23 April 2020. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of nine replacement panel antennas and three remote radio heads for Verizon Wireless at an existing rooftop cellular installation, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2020, PROVIDED that the antennas be mounted no higher than the existing antennas to be replaced, and PROVIDED that the wall-mounted antennas and their support structures be painted to match the wall behind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new metal-clad canopy, modifications to an existing canopy, and modifications to an existing storefront for BAU International University, and for modifications to an existing outdoor seating area partially in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 April 2020, 13 April 2020, and 14 April 2020.
