A seven-story atrium links the 2009 neo-modernist office building by Richard Rogers + Partners—a composition of striking angles and transparent glass—to the existing neoclassical architecture of the 1930s Acacia Building and its 1950s addition. The CFA most recently reviewed this project in March 2007.
