No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new 7-ft high vertical board fence and gate at rear yard as shown in supplemental drawings dated 5 September 2007. New fence must be stained or painted. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
