Recommendation

No objection to the final design for the proposed landscape design for the southeast corner of Judiciary Square, which includes walkways, benches, a water feature, and other site amenities, as shown in materials received and dated 1 October 2008. Design conforms to previously approved concepts and master plan. The proposed landscape design mirrors that of the reconstructed park on the underground parking structure in the southwest corner of Judiciary Square. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board.
