As delegated to staff, no objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications to a retail entrance, including stairs, railings, paving, a retaining wall, a new door and sidelight, and the replacement of a portion of the existing stone water table, as shown in materials received and dated 27 December 2012 and supplemental materials received and dated 2 January 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
