Dear Mr. Hanlon:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final construction documents for the project for a replacement building for Ballou Senior High School, located at 3401 4th Street, SE. The staff has no objections to the final construction documents for the project as submitted.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 20 September 2012, we approve the final plans for the new Ballou Senior High School building, as documented in the materials received and dated 5 September 2013. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
