No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of windows and doors as shown in supplemental drawings received 8 October 2015 which indicate 1/1 double-glazed wood windows, separated by wood mullions on front of bay, and a five panel wood door and transom on front facade to match detailing of windows and door at 3313 N Street, NW; 2/2 double-glazed wood windows with 1 3/4-inch wide muntins and wood doors at rear, and half-screens only, PROVIDED door hardware has an oil rubbed bronze finish. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
