No objection to issuance of permit to replace roofing and the gutter liner, per the supplemental materials received ___ July 2025, PROVIDED the applicant provide a detail for the gutter with the replacement liner labeled as copper; the roof of the rear, one-story bump out cannot be covered in a membrane roof and instead must be replaced with either hand-crimped metal; architectural-grade asphalt shingles, or slate tiles, in that order of preference; and the applicant provide standard detail specifications for the flashing on the rear bump out. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
