No objection to issuance of permit to install a 12-inch tall aluminum letter sign that reads "Joe & the Juice," per supplemental materials received _ June 2026, PROVIDED the threaded rods are anchored in mortar joints. Any other signage, including window decals, have not been reviewed as part of this application and must be submitted as part of a separate application prior to installation. No gooseneck lights have been reviewed and recommended for approval. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
