No objection to issuance of permit to replace the TPO roof, skylights, gutters, and downspouts, per supplemental materials received _ June 2026, PROVIDED the replacement skylights are flat and the applicant provides specifications to confirm and the profile of the fascia is maintained and the color matches the white trim and is noted accordingly on the plans. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
