No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated, pin-mounted letter sign on the projecting bay, as well as vinyl letters on the door, for Suit Shop, per supplemental materials received ___ May 2026, which indicate the hanging sign was removed from the scope, and the wall sign is installed at the mortar joints. No other vinyl signage shall be installed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
