No objection to issuance of permit for fenestration alterations and railing replacement, per materials received 15 May 2026, which indicate windows on the north elevation of the ell align with the openings above, existing windows are retained and not replaced, and the railing at the second floor of the ell matches the railing design elsewhere on the building, PROVIDED brick is salvaged from new openings for infill areas, mortar is matched, and the windows comply with the OGB guidelines. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
